The two lecture on the governance landscape studies how adaptation is governed at various levels and between networks and actors. Part II focuses on governance at the national and local levels asking what are the challenges and possibilities for governance of adaptation for state governments, regional and urban actors. What are some of the important capacities for governing adaptation and where does responsibility to do so lie?
