This is a mandatory seminar where each group presents their project and gives feedback to another group's work.

Group 6 gives comments to group 1

All groups' plans should be available in the discussion forum.

Presentation:

Each group has 10 minutes to present their project. This is followed by 10 minutes of discussion led by the opponents. During the last few minutes, the audience is invited to ask questions - you are all expected to listen actively and be prepared to ask questions.

Start by presenting (or "pitching") your project as if you were invited to VGR to talk about your project idea. In this part, it is important to create interest, be concrete and highlight the most important parts of the project.

You can then go into depth on the following aspects.

The problem you have identified and the expected results of the project
Stakeholder analysis
Schedule
Budget and how it is to be financed
Strategy analysis and how you should manage the risks that exist.

You decide who will present or be the opponent, but everyone in the group is expected to be active during the seminar. In your presentation, you can use Powerpoint, Keynote, Prezi, or other presentation programs. Remember that the function of the visual material is to illuminate and clarify your conclusions. Upload your presentation as a file on your group's page on Canvas so it will be easier to present.

Presentation is mandatory and is an oral exam as part of the group work. If you cannot attend, the supplementary task is to comment on two groups' project plans, approx. 500 words each. Additional information is available here:Supplemental assignment seminar 11/5

During the opposition, the project's strengths and weaknesses must be presented. The following guiding questions can be used as a starting point:

Does the project relate to the problem statement?
Is the work plan relevant to the project? Is the proposed way of working on the project reasonable?
Is the project feasible? Has the group found the right methods, resources, division of labor and schedule to achieve the project's goals?
Can the project be implemented with the following budget? How do the budget items relate to the project's goals?
How does the project provide "value for money", will the project give good results?
What are the project's challenges and risk-taking? How well has the project planned for potential risks and challenges?
What went well in the project?
