This exam will cover the materials that you have studied in Units 7 to 10.

It consists of two parts.

The first part
is similar to the 1st exam after Unit 5.
I consists of 30 multiple choice questions, where you have to pick the correct answer among a 3 or 4 suggested answers.
The maximum time to complete the first test will be 60 minutes.

The second part
consists of two questions only.
One is to write up two references for a list of references based on information that you will have to retrieve from two pdf's.
The other is to gloss four verb forms. You will be given some important grammatical information about these verb forms in a short text describing the inflection of verbs in the language in question.
There will be a total of 45 minutes for the two questions in this second part.

You may decide yourself when to take the tests.
It will be accessible for three whole days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
You can, however, take the two different tests at different times on different days, if you wish.

Once you have started one of the tests, you have to complete that test in one session. You cannot take any break.
If, for some reason, the web browser is closed down while you are working, you will be able to open the test again, but you need to do it immediately, since the time keeps counting down.

Immediately after finishing, you will not be able to see your results.
I will review the grading of all the tests within a couple of days and then let you know your results.
70 % is enough to pass, 90 % is required for VG.

The grade on this test does not have any impact on your final score.
The final score only depends on your achievement on the final exam, which will not only consist of multiple choice questions, but also of open questions.
