For this session we are studying one of the most influential literary depictions of the problem of justice: the tragic play Antigone by the Greek playwright Sophocles. Student tasks for the session are to:

Note: Antigone is a play that is perhaps best enjoyed by way of performance. Students may choose to watch the following performance of a modern adaptation of Antigone if they wish. NOTE: you need to be logged in to the university library to access this link.
