As a rule of thumb, you should never find yourself copying and pasting from large language models.

Using generative AI to do your research: AI is very bad with facts, concepts and references. If you do not do the research yourself you won't know if it's correct or not. Your lecturer will, though, and you will likely fail. Example of a problematic research prompt: List the five of the most important academic articles on equity and global health data. (If you did not know this topic how would you know if what was listed was correct?)
Using AI to summarise an article or chapter. Summarising text and findings is a key skill you need to learn, and summarising main ideas is how you can learn a given topic or field. If AI does the reading for you, what have you learned?
Using AI to help with structure. Just practice this yourself! ChatGPT will produce boring, soulless 'content', nothing more. It's far better for you if you get feedback on a structure and text you created.
