Diagnostic test

Since “Language and Intercultural Communication” is an international Master´s programme the language of instruction will be English (as well as the language you study as your main field in the programme). You need a certain level of English proficiency to be able to manage your studies at the programme. To be eligible for the programme you need the equivalent to English 6. We recommend you to take this test in English proficiency to see if your English level is sufficiently high.

The test has two parts:

1) A vocabulary test consisting of 100 questions. The definition is given and you should choose the word from the list that corresponds closest to it.  You need at least 75 right answers.

2) A test on grammar and collocations consisting of 60 multiple choice questions. You need at least 50 right answers.

If you don't reach the required number of points, your level of English is probably not high enough to start the Master's programme. Should this be the case, we recommend you to study some more English and apply for the programme again next admission round.
