Welcome to the Course in Neurobiology
Master Course spring 2022
This course will explore the structure and function of the mammalian nervous system by examining the molecules, cells, and circuits that are involved in directing behavior. We will discuss how the nervous system is built during development, how it changes with experience throughout life, how it functions in normal behavior, and how malfunctioning communication between neurons and other cells leads to neurological diseases. The course will also cover basic and functional anatomy of the central nervous system.
The first seminar will be held online over Zoom on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at 13.00. For more information, please see the course plan and the course schedule.
Time and place: For times and location of the individual course activities, please see the course summary below and the calendar. The lectures will be given remotely over Zoom.
