Hello All New Students 

First day of the course is September 1st at 13.00–16.00
We will meet on Zoom:

We would like to welcome you to the course EAT - Food Culture, Materiality and Design this fall 2021.

Due to circumstances of Covid-19 we will run all meetings in the course (such as lectures and tutoring) over Zoom. Depending on how restrictions look in the fall there might also be possibilities for meetings and work on campus. We will all know more about this in the fall when we meet.

These are the dates we will meet (on Zoom and perhaps live as well) during the course (some more meetings / lectures / workshops might be added during planning and when semester starts in September):

1/9 (13.00–16.00) Course introduction

6/9 (09.00–12.00) Project introduction

29/9 (09.00–16.00) Tutoring (in groups)

12/10 (09.00–20.00) About publishing + film

20/10 (09.00–16.00) EAT @ Open Week / Window

3/11 (09.00–16.00) Tutoring (in groups)

23/11 (09.00–13.00) Film screening

7/12 (09.00–16.00) Tutoring (in groups)

10 + 11/1 (09.00–16.00) Presentation of projects + discussions

 

We will use Canvas (this) as our platform for documents, uploads, information etc and Zoom as primary platform for meetings, lectures, tutoring and presentations.

We also keep a collective blog for the course that we all will contribute to during the semester: www.eathdk.se

Register for your courses for enrollment

To be considered a student, you must be registered on your course. You must also be registered to be able access all course material published in Canvas.

You can register the week before the start of the course up until Monday of the course start week.

Via the Student Portal you can register and see which registration options you have (direct link).

Schedule

Find the course schedule by searching on the course name or course code in TimeEdit. 

The course schedule should be published no later than two weeks before the start of the course.
