Hello all new students!

We will all meet on Zoom, September 19th at 9.00 for the course introduction

The aim of this course is to develop the ability to see and visualize, through drawing and interaction between drawing and 3-dimensional work, to be able to move between two- and three-dimensional design with preserved content. The aim is also to learn the basics in digital tools and techniques suitable for documenting, visualizing and presenting your work. After the course this knowledge will help you to develop, visualize and present your ideas, visions and designs. 

The course consists of two modules: sketch methodology and 3D form theory as well as digital tools and form and composition.

For your first day with Jessica you should prepare and bring the following:

• Pencil, with different hardness and softness, charcoal, stomp (to erase with).
• One soft watercolor brush.
• A-3 drawing pad, ink.
• Bring 5 items that you like – could be: flowers, books, iron items, wooden items, textile items from the scrap bin, skull, fruit, vegetables, teapots, carafe, cups, etc …
