Course Syllabus
Autumn term 2023 starts August 28 and the course introduction and first seminar is scheduled for
Wednesday September 6. The course is carried out on Campus Pedagogen.
Prepare for September 6 by reading Havnes & Smeby (2014) and watch pre-recorded lecture by Annika Bergviken Rensfeldt (material is provided in Modules)
The course is both as a free-standing course and an elective course in the IT & Learning master program. We will work on the transformation of professional and workplace learning in relation to the digitalization of formal and informal lifelong learning. By focusing on the changing practices of professionals in different areas like engineering, nursing and teaching, the course addresses the various ways that digital technologies reconfigure activities such as training, coaching and professional community participation.
