Course literature
There is no course book. Note will be provided as the course goes on. If you want additional reading material, either
Fourier analysis - an introduction, by E. Stein and R. Shakarachi
or
Fourier analysis and its applications, by G.B. Folland
will cover all the relevant theory. In addition, a series of Vignettes, prepared by Michael Björklund, are available. These serve as useful tools to illustrate bits of theory or some computational tricks. As the lectures go on, I will point you vignettes relevant to recently covered material.
Before the course starts, I would ask you to browse through "Stuff that you should already know", but I will recall these concepts as we need them in the lectures
Exercise sheets (as well as detailed solutions to some of them) can be found here.
Old exams (which can also work as exercise sheets) can be found here.
A list of recommended exercises (from the sheets + old exams) for each course week can be found here. Current recommendations are based on previous years, and will be updated thorough the course.
-----
Björklund's old lecture notes from 2018-2020 can be found here. I will not follow these exactly, so please do not use these as substitutes in case you miss a lecture. They may be useful to you if you want additional examples on a given topic. We will be more closely following the 2022 course, notes found here
