This section will start on Friday September 8th with a Mini symposium with the Aquaculture industry by representatives of aqua companies ( sustainable aquafeeds, IMTA, modern breeding, ...) located in Northern Norway.

On the same day, you will also get information related to the group work on a sustainability report that you will have to perform during the week in Bodø.

Then, during the week in Bodø from Sunday 10^th late afternoon to Friday 15^th September afternoon, you will be introduced to both research and industry in Northern Norway.

We will visit during two days, various aquaculture sites representing the successive steps of salmon production from brood stock to processing.

On Thursday September 14th, the Faculty of Biosciences and Aquaculture (FBA) of Nord University invites you to a FBA research day, presenting our research by the group leaders in the morning. Industry representatives will also present their activities in the afternoon. After each session, a speed dating will be organised so you will have the possibility to have a first contact with some potential supervisors of your Master thesis. We hope that you will gather ideas on possible areas for your master thesis in Bodø.

More information about this day will be given at the start of the week.
