Hi, welcome to two days of growth, nutrition and sustainable feed in aquaculture!

This section aims to introduce you to the basic biology and mechanisms behind the growth, feed intake and appetite of farmed fish and crustacean. You will also be acquainted with new and promising raw materials for feed production as the economic and ethical sustainability of aqua-feeds are major goals for a development of sustainable fed aquaculture. This section comprises lectures and a group work assignment, se further information below. There is also recommended reading, see below. Handouts will be posted in conjunction with the lecture.
