Course syllabus

Welcome to Bilingualism and second language learning,

first and second cycle 7.5 credits

The course deals with linguistic, psychological and sociological aspects of bilingualism and multilingualism. Den deals with, among other things, code switching, language contact phenomena, breaking and language policy. The course also covers practical aspects of communication in multilingual environments.

 

Self-registration 

Self-registration by logging into Ladok online is compulsory and it can be made just one week prior to course start via the Studentportal: http://studentportal.gu.se/english/e-services/register-for-courses/ by entering the code LI2103 or LI1416. It is just after you have made your course registration in Ladok that you will be able to get your GU card at the nearest Servicecenter.
