Course syllabus
Welcome to the Department of Literature, History of Ideas and Religion!
Course start
An recorded introduction to the course, covering all the practical details, will be published on Canvas on 21 January.
Campus and online students
The course progresses by individual reading and seminar discussions. The seminars are in hybrid format, open to campus and online students alike. The first seminar sakes place on 4 February. There will be four such seminars in all, as per the schedule in TimeEdit. Those who don't participate in the seminars will instead participate in online written discussion on Canvas. That is to say that the seminars are compulsory, but can be "attended" either in real time (hybrid) or through online discussion only. (The seminars on campus will not be recorded.)
The course is examined through the seminars and the writing of two course papers. The first is to be handed in on 2 March, and the second on 30 March.
