Information about your course
Dear students, a big welcome to the program of Child Culture Design and to HDK-Valand!
The semester starts with an introductory course. It’s a rather packed course with introductions, not only to the subject of Child Culture Design, but also to the school, each other’s, us teachers and our workshops. The course is part of a block or theme called “The construction of childhood” in which we will discuss the views upon childhood and deconstruct the term.
The school will start with an introduction for all programmes to HDK-Valand at 10.00 on Sep 2nd, at Kristinelundsgatan 6-8
At 13.00 we will meet you in the entrance of the school for a welcoming and an introduction to Child Culture Design.
The second week, September 9th - September 10th , we are planning for a sleepover (that is voluntary). We will present this and give you more information when we start up.
When you are registered in the course you will find all info here on canvas, so please look it up in advance to prepare.

Register for your course
To confirm your place on the course, you need to register. It is only when you have registered that you are considered a student on the course and can access all course material in Canvas.
Register for the course in Ladok. Registration is open 26-29 August 2024. If you do not register in time, you will lose your place on the course.
