Course overview

EFI302 Finance, Bachelor Course (7.5 credits) is based on students’ previous knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets. The course begins with the conventional models of exchange rate determination and how to manage currency investments. It then introduces the knowledge of national income accounting in an open economy framework and the history of the international monetary system. The course also discusses possible outcomes of conventional policy tools on the economy and the financial market.

Course details

EFI302 Finance, Bachelor Course (7.5 credits) is part of the Bachelor’s Programme in Business and Economics for students majoring in financial economics during semester 6. It is also offered as a freestanding course and is open to exchange students.

Course dates: 20 February to 25 March (quarter 2). Course registration in Ladok opens on 13 February. Please register for the course as soon as possible.
